Three sheep are on a ship. They are going to visit Grandma. One sheep sees something big and white. “Iceberg!” she shouts.

2 · Problema

BUMP! The ship hits the ice. SPLASH! The sheep fall into the water.

3 · Acción

Their life jackets keep them floating. “Help!” they call.

4 · Resolución

Another ship comes close. The captain helps the sheep climb aboard. Everyone is safe. “Next time,” says one wet sheep, “let us visit Grandma by bus!”

Emma is ready for her first night in space. She puts her pillow beside her sleeping bag.

2 · Problema

Before she can lie down, the pillow floats away. It bumps her nose, then floats toward the ceiling!

Emma catches it and tucks it inside the top of her sleeping bag.

4 · Resolución

Now her pillow stays beside her head. Emma closes her eyes. Outside the window, Earth looks like a blue night-light.

Lucy sees a kitten chasing a butterfly up a tree in the park.

The butterfly flies away. The kitten looks down from a high branch and cries. She cannot get down!

Lucy calls to a firefighter nearby. He puts a ladder against the tree and climbs up.

He brings the kitten down. She holds tight to his jacket. Lucy smiles. “No more flying lessons!”

A little fairy plants a sunflower seed beside her home. She wants shade for her door.

A strong wind blows the seed out of the hole.

The fairy plants it deeper and covers it with soil. Every day, she brings water in a tiny bucket.

Weeks later, a huge sunflower shades her home. A bee lands on it. Now she has an upstairs neighbor!
